Wow. I really needed to see this today. This has been quite an unusual day for me and this post just wraps up a day of inspiration for me. Thanks so much. I have recently decided after ten years of teaching that I wanted to follow in my mom and dad's footsteps and break out of the 9-5 (or 7-3 in my case) job. I have been very frustrated lately and needed so much to read your post today. Isn't it funny how we just seem to FIND the right words at the right time if we are open to them. I can really relate to all the struggling realtors out there today. Even though I am not in real estate, I know what it is like to struggle to make ends meet. We must move out of the employee mentality no matter what FEAR is inside of us. Employees will never make big money in our economy. We must move ahead to something greater. We must take a risk and face our fear head on. I know you did not write this blog specifically for anyone other than realtors, but I have to let you know it has inspired me to keep moving forward.

Interesting theory and idea. I have heard of Psychographics before when working for a national builder. They used it pretty heavily in their marketing, so it was good to get a reminder from you.

Thanks!
